Josh Shapiro is the 48th Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

A lifelong Philadelphian with more than two decades of public sector leadership experience, Rich has built a career focused on transportation, infrastructure, economic development, labor relations, and government operations. Prior to joining PhilaPort, Rich served as Executive Director of the Philadelphia Parking Authority and previously as Philadelphia's Deputy Mayor for Labor.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for bringing together government, business, labor, and community stakeholders to deliver major projects and drive economic growth. As CEO of PhilaPort, Rich is focused on expanding cargo and cruise business, advancing critical waterfront infrastructure projects, strengthening the region's supply chain network, and creating jobs and economic opportunity throughout Pennsylvania and the Delaware River region.
